Rush Orders

Prices are subject to change based on demand.

Commissions are first come, first serve, unless a rush commission is on-going.

Orders could be denied or rejected if those are found inadequate.

If the artwork violates the Twitch Rules, it is not my fault (since it was your idea).

Please include clear visual references unless it is a character designing commission.

I reserve the right to refuse service if some commission is find offensive, harmful, in any way ilegal or if it’s not in the area of expertise.

Currency accepted is € and can be paid through PayPal.

For currency exchange, I use xe.com

All commissions must be paid upfront in full, unless discussed otherwise.

Payment through a donation service, such as Streamelements, Ko-fi donation or Twitch bits is counted as a donation/tip, not as payment toward your commission.

Your commission request will be dropped or cancelled if you do not respond to me or have not sent your payment within 3 days of agreement.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to giving you a slot.

All rates are starting prices for personal commisions, per character. Complexity, accessories, weapons, pets, and other goods apart from it may incur in additional charges.

I own the rights to all commissioned works, whether completed or discontinued.

You must credit me by tagging me anywhere you post / use the commissioned work (BlueSky: @amuart / Twitch: amuarts).

Small signature will be added to illustrations, unless correct rights are purchased.

Regular commission prices listed are for personal use only. If you would like to use them for commercial purposes, you MUST inform me ahead and pay the correct fee.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I will have the right to use the material or process as a part of content for streaming or social media, as well as personal projects such as art books or my own portfolio.

I will have and retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will forbid the resale of my artwork with regards to regular illustrations commissioned for personal use.

I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the customer break any of the terms.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any social media or web, credit to the artist would be appreciated.

You may not make profit from the commissioned piece by any means (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

You may not alter the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent.

You are NOT permitted to use the commission for profiting from or advertising for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and related future inventions

You may not use any commissioned piece or part of the process as a NFT, AI training.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

You may not erase the artist signature or alter it.

You must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, make merchandise, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own!

Reproduce or use the copyrighted artwork commercially - means earning money from the commissioned piece.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Altering the artwork without the artist consent, modifing or altering it’s signature.

Using any of my work for NFT or AI purposes is strictly prohibited.

The final product is strictly for personal use. The commercial rights may be purshased.

Submit all the details needed for the commission in DM (type, amount, expressions, references, etc).

I will contact you within a week based on your preferred contact method to discuss the details and give a price quote.

Once accepted, you'll be placed on the waitlist (first come, first serve).

A will begin sketching, the order will start when the previous commissions have been finished and the payment is confirmed.

Once sketches are approved, I'll finish coloring.

I will send a preview of the finished artwork for final approval.

It could takes from one week up to two or three months to finish your commission. Time will depend on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece or its extras, health and amount of work at the current time, among others.

Once your commission is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image along the sizes requested depending of the order.

Rushing me during the commission or contacting me excessively asking for progress updates is forbidden and will lead to cancelation. Please be respectful, understanding and patient.

You get up to three rounds of revisions on your commissioned piece after the sketch is finished and the commission started.

There will be an extra charge If you wish any change in something you previously approved. The amount of charge depends on what’s the desired change and it’s usually related to the time spent on it.

Also there could be charges when the references aren’t clear from start and there’s something to be changed. (Please grant any and all references you have and make sure those references reflect the colors desired for the order).

If based on lack of reference you need something specific or want a design for it, it could be negotiated.

If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, a full refund will be issued for you.

If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

Refunds only will be issued during the sketch phase:

1- If the order is cancelled after the sketch is approved and there hasn’t been any revision 25% of the total price will be retained for time spent.

2- There won’t be any refunds available if some revision has been made and confirmed, or further works have been done.

Any refund will be provided by the same way as the order was first charged.

Full refunds can't be claimed.

If you request a refund at any time when it was not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all the prior mentioned rights to the commissioned piece. The artist will have full rights to use it by any way or any means. Furthermore you will be blacklisted from commissioning again.

If the commissioner violates the terms, I reserve the right to cancel the commission with no refunds.

Payment is non-refundable in any other cases.

No refunds after the final work is delivered.

ToS fee from the full price is non-refundable.

Individuals (not companies) may use the commissioned work for promotional / streaming purposes without paying for commercial rights. Crediting is still a must!

Request to bump your commission to the top of the queue.

I may decline the rush request if I feel like I wouldn't be able to complete the commission by the deadline.
